Oyuna was founded in 2002 by Mongolian textile designer Oyuna Tserendorj and partner David Bernasconi. Born from their mutual passion for cashmere and its country of origin, Mongolia, the company’s identity is deeply ingrained in their international and nomadic lifestyles.

Working with the world’s finest cashmere sourced from Mongolia, Oyuna started by presenting annual Home and Accessories collections. The brand’s offering soon grew to include biannual Women’s wear collections. In January 2013 the Travel collection launched to offer practical and aesthetic solutions to travel in comfort and style.

Oyuna Tserendorj’s creative vision is to take cashmere products beyond the realm of traditional knitwear. Each piece, whether it’s a throw, a dress, a scarf or a travel bag is carefully considered, refined and presented as a timeless piece of understated luxury.

Over the years Oyuna has received important design commissions from established brands that include Calvin Klein, Kvadrat, Goyard, Monocle and PrivatAir. The company’s 10th anniversary was marked by a diverse series of collaborations such as the ‘Ger’ installation presented at the London Design Festival and the ‘Ger butler’ limited editions on show at Gallery Libby Sellers, realized with British designer Peter Marigold; involvements also include Frieze Art Fair VIP Lounge.
